How do I start using smelvee services?

Just download the smelvee.APP and create an account. A mobile app will be available for Android devices at the beginning of the pilot, and later for iOS (Apple).

How do I create a user account to use smelvee?

Easily – after installing the smelvee.APP mobile app, you can create an account directly after launching it. To activate it, click on the link in the confirmation email.

How does the smelvee system fit into the concept of the sharing economy?

The system assumes that the charging centre (smelvee.HUB) as well as e-cars of different types can be owned by different entities, i.e. companies, institutions or individuals, who, when integrating these devices, make available to other users a selected part of their capacity (or the entire capacity) and other users pay them a set price for renting this capacity, which then covers the acquisition and operating costs and at the same time allows the owners of the devices to make a reasonable profit. At the same time, the concept aims to minimize the demands on the service organization to operate the system, so that most of the operational tasks are carried out fully automatically, often with the active involvement of the users themselves (e.g. management of the movement of the trolleys between smelvee.HUB centers so that their distribution is optimal).

How can I participate in the expansion of smelvee as an investor?

For example, by purchasing or renting a smelvee.HUB charging center for your company or institution, which you then make available for sharing within the smelvee system. Or you can purchase suitable electric vehicles, which you then make available to other users, while you can also make a profit from the operation of the infrastructure and the vehicles, or at least pay for your own transport costs. And if your ambitions are higher, you can become a service organisation for a specific region, a manufacturer of smelvee.HUB charging centres or their components, or get directly involved in the further development of the system and its financing.

How can I pay deposits for renting e-scooters?

The easiest way is to pay by credit card directly in the mobile app, where you can then start the desired rental without delay. The second option is a bank transfer, which will not be processed automatically for the duration of the pilot, so the funds will not be credited to the user’s credit until the next working day.

How can I request a refund or reduction of free credit?

For the duration of the pilot, this process will not be automated; a request for a refund of the credit or part of the credit must be sent by email to info@smelvee.com and the funds will be sent to the user’s bank account from which the last credit payment was made.

Can we also make the system available to children who do not have a credit card to pay deposits?

Yes, it is advisable to use a bank transfer for this purpose and set up a credit to cover the advance payment for the e-scooter rental. It is important to remember that any damage caused by children is the responsibility of the parents or other authorised adult representative.

What should I do if the system is not working properly, the HUB or the leased vehicle has a fault?

For general comments you can use the contacts published on the website, if the issue is directly related to a specific reservation or rental, there is a button in the mobile app to report a problem/complaint.

You can also raise a report/ticket on the website, which we will deal with and report back to you via the email provided.

How to delete smelvee account?

To delete your smelvee account, use the smelvee.APP mobile app. In this app, select “Profile” and you can delete/remove your smelvee account by pressing the “Delete Account” button while editing your profile. You will be notified of the deletion of your account via email.
